The Ceremony took place on the College Hall Lawn, where soft white and ivory florals by Beneva Weddings paired with lush green details framed the serene bay views. Guests were welcomed into a beautifully styled setting that felt both classic and intimate, with harp music from Emma the Harpist creating a peaceful, emotional atmosphere. A joyful petal toss marked the couple’s exit, adding a whimsical and celebratory touch to the moment. Every detail of the Ceremony felt intentional, blending natural beauty with refined design. The waterfront backdrop made for a truly unforgettable beginning to the day.
Following the Ceremony, guests transitioned into Cocktail Hour held in the Sunroom and on the College Hall Lawn, where the indoor-outdoor flow created a relaxed yet elevated experience. Light-filled spaces and textured décor elements brought warmth and dimension, while signature drinks and thoughtful details, like custom matches as favors, added personality to the experience. The soft color palette continued throughout, seamlessly tying each space together. Catering by Mattison’s provided a delicious and memorable culinary experience for guests to enjoy. It was the perfect prelude to the evening’s celebration.
The Reception unfolded under the trees on the College Hall Lawn, where bistro lighting glowed overhead and created a magical, candlelit atmosphere. Long tables adorned with lace runners from Fancy That Linens and elegant place settings complemented the classic aesthetic, while a bold black and white checkered dance floor added a playful, modern twist. Tampa Bay DJ Company kept the energy high and the dance floor packed all night long. A standout moment included the couple’s swan cake toppers, adding a sweet and personal detail to the celebration. Later in the evening, guests enjoyed a nostalgic late-night pizza station complete with playful, pizza-themed plates and napkins that added a fun and memorable touch. The night ended with laughter, dancing, and unforgettable moments beneath the stars.
