Their whimsical design featured lush orchids in shades of white, pink, peach, and orange paired with tropical monstera leaves and rich greenery for an elegant coastal feel. The Ceremony took place in the Courtyard, where beautiful floral arrangements created a romantic setting for the couple to exchange vows. Guests then enjoyed Cocktail Hour on the South Terrace with live steel drum music, handcrafted cocktails, and a cigar roller, creating a relaxed atmosphere overlooking the Gulf. Every detail reflected Madison and Hagan's joyful personalities while embracing the beauty of their waterfront venue.
The Reception welcomed guests into the King Charles Ballroom, where colorful design elements transformed the space into a vibrant celebration. Luxury printed linens, rattan charger plates, and a mix of pink, amber, and green vintage water goblets layered each table with texture and warmth. A custom seating display by Amanda Fye Designs incorporated vintage rowing oars as a meaningful nod to the couple's love story, becoming one of the most memorable focal points of the day. Lush orchid arrangements, ballroom uplighting, and a custom monogram projection completed the elegant tropical atmosphere. Every design choice blended timeless sophistication with playful coastal charm.
As the evening continued, Curate Entertainment kept guests on the dance floor with an exciting fusion of DJ, live saxophone, and drums while glow foam sticks added to the celebration. Friends and family captured memories at the Polaroid guest book before enjoying late-night favorites from a Ybor City-inspired station featuring mini Cuban sandwiches, guava turnovers, coconut macaroons, and Colombian coffee. The cigar roller remained a guest favorite throughout the evening, adding another interactive experience during the Reception. Madison and Hagan concluded the night with a spectacular Cold Spark send-off down the Courtyard stairs surrounded by family and friends. It was the perfect ending to a wedding day that celebrated their love with vibrant design, meaningful personal touches, and unforgettable moments.
