Guests were invited to Cocktail Hour on the courtyard terrace, where the relaxed coastal atmosphere continued. Signature drinks and light bites were enjoyed as loved ones mingled, soaking in the early evening glow. From there, the celebration moved into the Estero Ballroom, which was transformed into a romantic reception space. Gold chiavari chairs and matching chargers brought in a hint of timeless glamour, complementing the vibrant florals and garden-inspired design.

One of the standout elements of the evening was the custom mirror seating chart, which added a personalized and stylish touch as guests found their seats. Every detail—from the color palette to the décor—reflected Caroline and Tommy’s vision for a celebration that felt both elegant and full of heart. With its lush setting and resort luxury, the Hyatt Regency Coconut Point offered the perfect backdrop for a day filled with joy, beauty, and love.
