Melissa and Ben celebrated their marriage with an unforgettable wedding reception at The Orlo in Tampa, Florida that perfectly blended whimsy, romance, and bold personality. With a color palette of black, white, fuschia, orange, and deep red, their design captured a moody yet playful vibe accented by disco balls, guitars, and creative touches. Guests were asked to wear all black, creating a dramatic and stylish backdrop that let the vibrant décor shine.

Cocktail hour was hosted inside The Orlo’s historic home, where guests mingled while playing Rockband and Jenga, setting the tone for an interactive and lively evening. A polaroid guest book and record table numbers added a personal twist, while floral designs by By the Bay Floral softened the bold design with romantic textures.

The ballroom reception was a true showstopper. Graingertainment kept the dance floor packed, while unique rentals like the Black Midnight Chairs, neon signs, and a flower wall from Posy Exchange tied the theme together seamlessly. From the guitars incorporated into the décor to the striking all-black attire of the wedding party, Melissa and Ben’s celebration pushed boundaries in the best way, blending moody romance with music-inspired whimsy.
