Their Healing Garden Lawn Ceremony featured an artful collection of eclectic pedestals topped with ceramic pots, organic floral arrangements, and textured vessels that framed the aisle beautifully. Ground floral installations and baskets overflowing with blooms added natural movement and depth, creating an effortlessly romantic atmosphere. The green, white, blush, and dark pink color palette felt fresh and sophisticated while complementing the venue's beautiful outdoor setting. Every detail was thoughtfully curated to create an unforgettable first impression as guests arrived for the celebration.

Following the Ceremony, guests gathered on the Hotel Lawn for Cocktail Hour before making their way into the Grand Ballroom for the Reception. Inside, every wall of the ballroom was draped in soft fabric, transforming the space into a luxurious and modern setting. Reception tables featured a mix of lush organic compote arrangements and abundant ceramic bud vases in varying heights, paired with olive green and blush taper candles, pleated votives, and nude pillar candles for a warm candlelit glow. The layered floral designs and curated décor created dimension while maintaining an elegant, contemporary aesthetic. Every design element worked together to create a romantic atmosphere that felt both elevated and inviting.

As the evening continued, Kim and Brian's Reception quickly turned into an unforgettable celebration. Tampa Bay DJ Company kept the energy high throughout the night, while a live saxophonist joined the DJ on the dance floor for an exciting entertainment experience. Guests embraced the fun with dancing props, filling the dance floor from the first song until the final farewell. The combination of incredible music, thoughtful design, and joyful moments reflected the couple's personalities perfectly. It was a beautiful celebration filled with meaningful memories and unforgettable moments shared with family and friends.
