Their Beach Ceremony embraced the natural beauty of the Gulf with an asymmetrical floral arch, abundant aisle markers, and oversized ceramic vessels overflowing with white and blue blooms framing the aisle. A serene palette of white, blue, soft green, and natural wood tones blended seamlessly with the waterfront surroundings, creating an elegant yet relaxed atmosphere. Guests experienced a thoughtfully curated design that celebrated the couple's love while complementing the resort's stunning coastal setting. Every detail reflected understated luxury inspired by the beauty of the Florida coast.
Following the Ceremony, guests gathered on The Great Lawn for Cocktail Hour before celebrating beneath café lighting during an unforgettable outdoor Reception. Light oak serpentine tables paired with classic round tables created dimension throughout the lawn, while woven rattan chairs, rattan chargers, soft green linens, specialty blue and white patterned napkins, bamboo gold flatware, glowing candlelight, gold lamps, and lush florals in ceramic vessels completed the organic tablescape. A round bar became a central gathering place as guests enjoyed the warm coastal evening, surrounded by beige scalloped umbrellas and waterfront views. The custom seating chart, welcome sign, table numbers, and bar signage tied every design element together with a cohesive aesthetic. A white and light wood checkered dance floor invited guests to celebrate long into the evening under the stars.
As the evening continued, the celebration transitioned into the Astor Ballroom where luxurious draping transformed the space into the perfect backdrop for dancing and late-night festivities. Curate Entertainment kept the dance floor full while confetti poppers filled the air during the final song, creating an unforgettable ending to the celebration. Guests were treated to late-night favorites including chicken fingers, fries, and cake pops before saying goodbye to the newlyweds. Every thoughtfully selected detail balanced natural coastal beauty with elevated elegance, creating a wedding that felt warm, inviting, and effortlessly sophisticated.
