Edgy Vibrant Tropical Jungle: Styled Wedding Inspiration at Bay Preserve

This shoot at Bay Preserve at Osprey, Osprey, Florida was inspired by the aspects of a tropical paradise atmosphere. From the vibrant colors and lush greenery to the warmth of the environment and the wildlife, we wanted to capture it all! Naturally, the tropical-inspired color palette consisted of vivid oranges, warm blush pinks, vibrant corals, and lush tropical greens. The venue was the perfect setting for a paradise jungle vibe because it truly felt like a tropical oasis all on its own. We knew that the waterfront view, framed by the stunning palm trees, would provide the perfect backdrop to the ceremony. From there, the vision sprang to life! It’s amazing what can be created through nature-led inspiration.

Each of the setups was designed to showcase traditional wedding elements in a fun and unique way. Starting with the flatlay details, MDP Events wanted to emphasize a true destination wedding vibe with the gorgeous monstera leaf background and fun accessories. The retro glasses, yellow shoes, and unique gold pearl jewelry and rings all paired beautifully with the gorgeous invitation suite and wedding weekend itinerary from Soph Script Co. Everything screamed tropical destination wedding adventure, but in the most luxurious way!

The ceremony was the perfect pairing of modern and tropical. The ghost chairs from Gabros and modern circle arch from Posy contrasted beautifully with lush tropical greenery and florals from Arms of Persephone. Each floral was carefully chosen for color, texture, and to enhance the overall theme. The florals included ginger blossoms, ranunculus, vibrant roses, mokara orchids, and of course, monstera leaves. With the water and gorgeous trees and greenery in the background, it truly felt like an immersive tropical jungle ceremony location. Every vibe from the ceremony carried over into the tablescape, with the ghost chairs, table and linens from Gabros, as well as more stunning florals from Arms of Persephone added to the deconstructed arch arrangements and strategically placed on and around the table. The tableware from Set and Styled paired beautifully with the other elements to create a showstopping tropical tablescape. It was all about the details, right down to the monstera leaf seating chart with gorgeous calligraphy from Soph Script Co., and every detail was perfection.

Speaking of details—the Emerald Bar from The Wandering Whale was so pretty and luxurious that we could not resist including it! The added barware and bar sign—another detail from Soph Script Co.—paired with the gorgeous floral arrangement, took the bar display to the next level. And of course, the fabulous backdrop wall from Posy Exchange brought in more of the gorgeous greenery and bright bursts of color.

The cake from Kristen Marie Cakes was absolutely stunning. It was dreamy and beautiful, with a hint of snakeskin texture, and topped with tropical flowers. It truly fit the tropical jungle aesthetic perfectly. And no jungle adventure is complete without snakes, so snake handler Ariana Doeg made that happen! They added such a fun, edgy element to the shoot while also giving authentic jungle vibes, and we were so excited to have them there.

Of course, shoots are never complete without amazing models! They were so sweet and down for anything, and we loved that. The coral gown from Styled.Gowns was truly perfection and was the most gorgeous burst of color in every scene, pairing beautifully with the classic suit from Sacino’s. Adore Hair and Makeup created an effortlessly elegant hair and makeup look, and the jewelry from Estylo Jewelry added the perfect amount of sparkle. And the amazing Miranda Rose Photography captured every single detail flawlessly.
