Sophia & Parker’s Boho Coastal Wedding at The Gasparilla Inn Beach Club
Sophia and Parker’s dreamy beachfront wedding at The Gasparilla Inn Beach Club in Boca Grande was a stunning celebration of love, sunshine, and coastal charm. Set against the backdrop of the Gulf, their summer wedding brought together boho textures, sun-soaked details, and romantic, earthy tones of mauve, copper, terra cotta, taupe, and ivory. The couple envisioned an elegant yet relaxed atmosphere, and every detail came together to create an unforgettable day filled with warmth and joy. With the luxurious resort setting and sweeping ocean views, their wedding felt like a true destination getaway. It was an honor for our team to bring Sophia and Parker’s vision to life!
The Ceremony took place in the beautiful Gulf View Room, where guests were treated to breathtaking views of the ocean just beyond the windows. Rattan lanterns hung delicately from the ceiling, casting a soft glow over the pampas grass arrangements and white-column altar. The white chairs and airy palette added to the coastal-boho aesthetic, creating an effortlessly serene and romantic atmosphere. As Sophia walked down the aisle, the moment felt straight out of a dream—calm waves, warm light, and the love of their closest family and friends all around. It was the perfect blend of natural beauty and intentional design.
After the Ceremony, guests made their way to Cocktail Hour on the Pool Deck, where they were greeted by the golden glow of the Florida sun and the relaxed energy of the terrace space. A floral photobooth wall with a custom neon sign from Posy Exchange made for a fun and fabulous focal point, drawing everyone in for photos and laughter. Cocktail tables were adorned with eclectic vases and florals in warm, summery hues designed by Gather & Grace Designs, adding texture and color to the open-air space. Every detail played into the boho coastal theme while keeping the event lighthearted and joyful.
Inside the Gulf Room, the Reception space was nothing short of breathtaking. A seashell-covered fireplace became the dramatic centerpiece behind the sweetheart table, where Sophia and Parker sat in chic peacock chairs. The textured florals, vibrant roses, and handmade travertine table numbers carried the theme throughout the space, perfectly contrasted by the crisp white walls. Every element, from the table settings to the floral arrangements, felt curated with love and care. Guests dined on delicious courses from The Gasparilla Inn, sipping on expertly crafted cocktails and enjoying an evening of heartfelt toasts, laughter, and dancing with entertainment by Graingertainment.
The evening concluded with a slice of wedding cake that was as flavorful as it was beautiful. The three-tiered creation featured coconut with passionfruit buttercream, almond cake with cannoli filling, and chocolate with hazelnut buttercream—a perfect trio that delighted every guest. Sophia and Parker’s wedding was a true celebration of summer love and effortless elegance, and we’re so grateful to have been part of it.
