Designed and coordinated by MDP Events and hosted by SWEL Events, this styled shoot brought together a palette of burgundy, maroon, deep red, black, and gold to create a look that was both opulent and theatrical. The concept channeled the seductive energy of burlesque with a contemporary twist, balancing dramatic textures and rich tones with a hint of disco shimmer. From the very first glance, the setting transported guests to a Parisian cabaret filled with romance, mystery, and movement—every design detail telling a story of passion and performance captured through the lens of Matlock & Kelly Photography and the cinematic eye of Eli Meyer Studio.
Burgundy velvet draping from Palacios Event Rentals set the tone for the space, enveloping the room in a warm, moody glow. Lush, dark florals by Lily Bella Floral spilled elegantly across tables and cascaded from the grand piano, creating a breathtaking floral waterfall that anchored the design. Disco balls and decor installations from Weberscenic Productions glistened throughout the arrangements, casting golden and silvery reflections that danced across the ballroom walls. Gold-rimmed coupes and tablescapes from Rent the Event Tampa Bay shimmered under the light, complemented by luxe linens from Over the Top Rental Linens. Each vignette layered texture and tone—velvet, glass, crystal, and candlelight—while the Eiffel Tower welcome display tied the Parisian inspiration together with unmistakable charm.
Entertainment played a central role in bringing the atmosphere to life. Burlesque performers from Hard Heart Burlesque and a sultry jazz duo from Royale Entertainment filled the room with energy and rhythm, setting the stage for a night of artistry and movement. A roaming caviar experience by Posy Exchange added an indulgent touch of luxury, while desserts from Sapore Dellavita provided a sweet finale. Custom signage by Kulgra and calligraphy hand fans created by Emily Pellegrino added personalized sophistication, serving as keepsakes for guests. The evening crescendoed with a captivating fire performance from Breezin Entertainment, dazzling the crowd and reflecting the fiery essence of the Moulin Rouge theme.

The magazine-style photo op, stage, and chairs from Table for Ten Rentals provided an editorial flair, while live event painting by Keepsake Studio and a content capture experience by Velzy Coastal offered guests memorable, interactive moments. Layered textures of velvet, satin, and crystal created a sensory feast—every surface reflecting the careful curation and creativity of the design team.
