Mackenzie and George’s wedding at The Ritz-Carlton, Sarasota, In Downtown Sarasota, Florida, effortlessly blended classic romance with modern, editorial-inspired design. Their Ceremony on the The Ritz-Carlton Beach Club Lawn offered soft ocean breezes and an intimate waterfront backdrop, surrounded by soft neutrals and lush greenery. The natural beauty of the setting was enhanced by organic floral structures from Petals, Parties & Presents, setting the tone for a day filled with elegance and intention.

Following the Ceremony, guests made their way to the Healing Garden at the main hotel in Downtown Sarasota for Cocktail Hour and a stunning al fresco Reception. Under a canopy of café lighting and a globe chandelier, the garden transformed into a chic, inviting celebration space. Black-and-white checkered flooring added a bold, clean-lined contrast to the romantic textures, while crisp white linens and greenery-forward arrangements kept the aesthetic fresh and timeless. A custom seating chart and welcome sign installation from Laconic Events added an extra layer of personality and polish.

The night came to life as the Bay Kings Band filled the garden with music, and the newlyweds danced under the stars with their loved ones. Mackenzie and George’s celebration was a perfect balance of organic beauty and intentional design—refined, stylish, and deeply personal from start to finish.
